PC's in Paradise was created in 1998 as the result of a partnership with Earthlink in Newport, TN to establish one of the first commercial fiber optic connections from the mainland down the Florida Keys to Key West. Marketing studies were performed from 1999 through 2001 to determine whether a retail or service oriented business should be established in Key West. Shortly after 9/11 it was decided that a retail "internet cafe" was simply not the best option to provide quality IT services to the public and business community. Since 2001 PC's in Paradise has been a "word of mouth" icon in the Key West business community. Our business has been and will be based on the personal and professional references of our existing clients to those who require assistance in building their computing networks and services into the 21st century. Our mission has always been "the installation/replacement of major server/client networks to the troubleshooting of Grannie's power supply". Here in Key West we are one family and at certain times the needs of the one outweigh the needs of the many. However, for over 20 years we have maintained a reputation for timeliness and quality that is unmatched by our periodic competition.
